Simply fill out our Textbook Order Form with your information and email it to textbooks@ccms.edu. Orders are processed when a staff member is available to ship for the bookstore and when payment has been received.
Note that new customers and existing customers are required to prepay via credit or debit card

Return Policy
- Book purchases and overstock are NON-REFUNDABLE (return policy effective 1/31/2008), except in the event that merchandise is damaged upon arrival.
- Textbooks are quality inspected prior to packaging. In the rare instance inventory is received damaged, please contact usattextbooks@ccms.edufor an RMA#. Upon approval and receipt of returned damagedinventory, a replacement will be sent at our expense. NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS WILL BE ISSUED.
Shipping
- Our standard shipping method is UPS Ground unless express delivery is specifically requested.
- Actual freight charges will be added to the receiver鈥檚 UPS Account # when provided with the order form, or can be prepaid with a credit card.
- We do not currently ship out via USPS or FedEx.
