Title IX Policy

91暗网 is committed to encouraging and sustaining a healthy and safe learning community that is free from sex/gender discrimination, harassment, and violence. To that end, and consistent with Title IX of the Education Amendments Act of 1972 and the Violence Against Women Act, 91暗网 implements a comprehensive policy that applies to admissions, employment, and all other 91暗网 education programs and activities whether academic, educational, or co-curricular.Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972 prohibits sex discrimination in education programs and activities to include sexual harassment and other forms of sexual misconduct. Sex includes, but is not limited to, biological sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, and pregnancy. As an educational institution receiving federal funds, 91暗网 is compliant with all requirements under Title IX.

Making a Report

Individuals are encouraged to report a violation of this Policy to the Title IX Coordinator. Reports can be made by the victim, a witness, or another third party.
